Parameters

apiKey*	string The api key used to authenticate the calling party.
medium*	string The medium via which the organization is given consent to contact. Either SMS, VOICE, FAX, or EMAIL.
destination*	string The phone number/email address which the organization is given consent to contact (eg. %2B6581234567, abc@example.com)
status*	string The status of the consent. Either ALLOWED, BLOCKED, or UNREGISTERED

• ALLOWED: the organization has the consent to contact the person via specified medium and destination. Communication should be allowed to go through all the time.
• BLOCKED: the organization is asked specifically not to contact the person via specified medium and destination. Communication should be blocked all the time
• UNREGISTERED: no consent is given to the organization. Communicate with discretion.
